In today’s workshop we created our own GIFS using Photoshop.
We took a sprite sheet from Google, I chose a¬†picture of a running cat. We then used different tools in Photoshop to create different layers of each static image. I thought this process would be quite lengthy but it was quite simple and easy to get the hang of. ¬†Next we put the layers in order, so mine is from left to right and so forth. Before you select ‘play’, you can change how fast it shows each layer, I chose 0.5 seconds for each image as I found anything slower didn’t look right.
